About the Role

As the ERP Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in managing WWG's ERP AS400 BOB Platform and the roadmap to modernise the ERP. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead end-to-end development initiatives, driving planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. You'll be the central connector—aligning technical capabilities with business goals, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with a good technical understanding, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to lead and inspire teams. What you'll be doing

  • Manage development team of 3 to deliver business value through project and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate planning meetings to prioritize and select work items for delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, priorities, and dependencies
  • Monitor development progress and proactively resolve blockers
  • Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requirements and outputs
  • Lead and support development teams through iterative processes
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives
  • Track and report on team performance and delivery outcomes
  • Support cross-team coordination to manage dependencies and shared initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading a small technical team
  • Experience managing strategic internal & external relationships
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role
  • Delivery Management experience
  • Experience with AS400 and Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
