WE'RE HIRING – Juice Production Worker with "xpressed" Cold-Pressed Juice

Burleigh Heads | Monday–Friday | Early Morning Starts | No Weekend Work

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable team member to join our small but mighty cold-pressed juice production team. This is a physically demanding and repetitive role that involves working with fresh produce, machinery, and cleaning tasks—every single day.

About the Role – It's the Same Daily Flow:

  • Collect fresh produce from the fridge
  • Wash, prep, press and bottle juice using commercial hydraulic and citrus machinery (training provided)
  • Package and label product ready for delivery
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • Set up and pack down your work area at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Wash dishes and equipment throughout the day
  • Deliver juice orders (must have valid driver's licence)

Cleanliness & Safety is Everything:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times
  • Assist in cleaning the kitchen and production space as directed
  • Ensure food is stored safely and appropriately
  • Support sustainability goals, reduce waste, and manage stock rotation
  • Help with stocktaking and inventory management

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:

  • Availability Monday to Friday with early morning starts
  • A current driver's licence (Open licence preferred)
  • Good physical fitness – this is a hands-on, active job
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to doing the same routine each day
  • Comfort with commercial kitchen equipment and willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude and pride in cleanliness and organisation
