**About Us**:
Tarte Bakery & Café is a fast-paced, high-volume venue known for our exceptional food, service, and iconic pastries. We're looking for a passionate and experienced **Café Manager** to lead our front-of-house team, work closely with our kitchen, and help us deliver the consistent, high-quality experience our customers know and love.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Head Chef to plan and develop menus and specials
- Manage purchasing and pricing of goods in line with budget targets
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, supplier orders, and financial transactions
- Ensure the dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Lead and support the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Select, train, roster and supervise FOH staff and liaise with BOH as needed
- Confidently handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a similar management role within a busy café, restaurant, or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- A genuine passion for food, coffee, and hospitality

**Applicants for this Position Should**:

- Have relevant formal qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant fulltime experience, in addition to formal qualifications

**Remuneration**
- $76,515.00 plus Super
