Job Description

Our Occupier Services team is hiring a Portfolio & Transaction Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to oversee a high-volume property portfolio. This role blends strategic oversight, transaction and financial management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver operational excellence and client-aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily lease operations, rent payments, and critical dates
  • Oversee rent reviews, reconciliations, bank guarantees, and financial reporting
  • Lead leasing transactions from site selection to finalisation
  • Prepare funding reports and ensure invoicing accuracy
  • Conduct market analysis and Stay vs Go assessments
  • Negotiate lease terms to secure savings and strategic outcomes
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure governance compliance and produce quarterly/annual reports
  • Collaborate with legal, facilities, and project teams
  • Drive risk management initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in property or transaction management
  • Experience across a rural portfolio highly desirable
  • Strong financial and strategic skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient in MS Office and lease platforms (MRI or similar)
  • Professional presentation and written communication
