Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and eCommerce projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Manage multiple project teams, work closely with and manage offshore teams based in Vietnam (including BAs, PMs, Developers, and Testers), ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across geographies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters, maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Oversee project governance, ensuring compliance with SmartOSC's delivery frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to shape project scopes, proposals, and delivery approaches.
  • Monitor project financials (budget, forecasting, profitability) and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Mentor and coach delivery staff to support professional development and capability building.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in digital transformation or eCommerce projects.
  • Proven experience in managing offshore or distributed teams (e.g., BAs, PMs, Developers, Testers) across different locations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar client engagements.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen in managing project budgets and contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner, or equivalent certification preferred.
