Job Description

As our Event & Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our Melbourne office buzzing. From delivering high-impact events to making sure our workplace runs smoothly day-to-day, you'll combine your energy, people skills, and organisation to create memorable experiences for our team and partners.

What you'll do

  • Plan and deliver events for team members, brokers, and partners
  • Coordinate internal events including offsites, training sessions, and celebrations
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and manage catering, venues, and supplies
  • Track budgets and assist with reporting
  • Keep office spaces and meeting rooms professional, welcoming, and well equipped
  • Oversee office supplies and restocking
  • Partner with Facilities and IT to resolve local office needs smoothly
  • Support onboarding and inductions to create a great first impression for new starters
