We currently have an exciting opportunity at PCA Ground Engineering We're hiring an Operations Manager for our Southern Region (NSW, will be based in Seven Hills), which is an integral part of our company growth and culture.

Our interview process is painless:

  • Initial screening by me

  • Meet our Regional NSW Manager over teams or our office if the times line-up

  • Final stage you'll meet with one of our directors

PCA Ground Engineering deliver best-in-class ground engineering solutions across industrial, commercial, environmental, mining and infrastructure sectors. Our work involves Piling, Micropiling, Civil, Engineering, Ground Improvement, Shotcrete, Earth Retention and Grouting.

To be considered for this position you must have operational and practical experience in geotechnical drilling and grouting, specifically the installation soil nails, rock anchors or  micropiles. Also favourable is someone who has rope access experiences operating man portable drilling equipment.

To compliment your previous hands on experience, we need;

  • Someone who can motivate and lead others to deliver complex construction work safely
  • Problem solvers – ability to provide advise on technical drilling problems whilst also able to assist subordinates work through personal problems
