Role Description

This is a full-time work-from-home role for an Online Trainer & Assessor. Note there may be some requirements to attend in-person meetings from time to time. The Online Trainer & Assessor will be responsible for delivering online training courses, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and developing training materials. The role includes conducting 1-1 virtual student meetings, supporting student success in their educational journey, and assisting with the ongoing development and maintenance of NHFA's core product.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Trainer and Assessor qualification
  • Experience in delivering online training courses and webinars
  • Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong knowledge of fitness, strength & conditioning, and nutrition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with online education platforms and technology (aXcelerate preferred)
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry is a must
  • Relevant qualifications in fitness, education, or related fields
