**The Role**
As a contract Trainer & Assessor, you will energise the ambitions of our students, enabling their growth, enhancing their professional skills, and enriching their career pathways.

You will be responsible for delivering quality Vocational Educational Training (VET) and conducting assessments in a range of contemporary settings. This role involves developing innovative learning activities and assessment strategies to captivate and aid learners in their professional journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging training in accordance with ZEL's guidelines and protocols** online **with** **Face to Face delivery **to be introduced latter in the year.
- Provide personalised learning support, catering to each learner's unique needs, including language, literacy, and numeracy challenges.
- Drive learner success by fostering a learning atmosphere that motivates and guides learners to course completion.
- Maintain and update industry knowledge relevant to the courses delivered, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
- Comply with all lawful and reasonable directions issued by the company and adhere to company policies.

**Community Services Qualifications to be delivered.**
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support
- CHC40421 Certificate IV in Youth Work
- CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

**Selection Criteria**
- **A current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.**:

- **A current and relevant qualifications or Units of the Vocational Qualification** responsible for delivering (as listed above).
- A current **trainer matrix.**:

- Evidence on ongoing CPD.
- Relevant industry experience within the past 3 years.
- Computer skills in Microsoft software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Eligible for a working with children card or the ability to acquire one (if required).
- Open driver’s license.

**Desirable**
- Eligible for a positive Police Check, Blue Card
- Current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
