The Opportunity

Join Komatsu's dedicated team as a Customer Support Representative – Parts Interpretation
.
In this dynamic role, you will provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all queries related to parts sales, orders, and deliveries.

Night Shift, 12 hour shifts, 7.30pm to 7.30am.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers — in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Processing parts quotes & orders, keeping customers informed of order status.
  • Manage critical orders and backorders, sourcing solutions quickly and professionally.
  • Providing support for internal departments as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures & customer support standards
  • Interpreting & sourcing parts from local & OEM vendors
  • Provide alternate options where practical to support customer needs.

Roster: Night shift 12 hrs a night (7.30pm -7.30pm) – First week Tuesday -Friday, Following week Wednesday to Friday

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter and Customer Service in the heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and parts catalogues is a plus.
