**The Opportunity**:

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a _**Customer Support Representative** to join our Customer Support Centre located at our Head office in Fairfield. The purpose of the position is to provide a high level of support to both internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries while ensuring the Customer Support Centre meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter.)

**Salary/Wage Band: $75,000.00**

**Roster: Monday to Friday, with Saturday & Public holiday rotation**

**Role Located: Fairfield**

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous).
- Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
- Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded.
- Parts interpreting experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills & with an attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing work tasks
- Comprehensive understanding of parts sales, logistics & supply chain
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse systems
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels while providing a professional service.
- Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite
- Ability to identify, upsell or escalate addition parts, service & sales opportunities where required
- Microsoft AX 2012 experience desirable (knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Systems is essential)
- Able to work flexible roster pattern starting & finishing between 7:30 - 19:30 & a rolling Saturday & public holiday.
