Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional reception and customer service, greeting clients and managing calls
- Assist brokers with administrative support and documentation
- Handle mail distribution, filing, and daily banking tasks
- Support our Claims Officer with claim lodgments and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to smooth office operations
