About Us:

Southside Tiling/Stone Company is a leading provider of premium stonemasonry and tiling services, renowned for delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every commercial project. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable/receivable, invoices, payroll (using Xero), and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document processing and management
  • Responding to phone calls and emails
  • General administrative tasks
  • Organising invoices
  • Managing Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Using Xero for payroll and accounting

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • If a foreign national, a valid visa is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounting background
  • Proficiency in Excel/Word

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
