Are you an HR professional who enjoys supporting people and helping business leaders succeed? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our corporate team and make a tangible impact every day.

Your Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

  • Partner with corporate function leaders to provide practical HR guidance and support.

  • Help deliver talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.

  • Assist in designing and implementing HR programs, policies, and processes.

  • Use HR data to inform decisions and improve processes.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

  • Hands-on experience supporting business leaders and implementing HR initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in corporate functions or a similar industry.

  • Knowledge of organizational development or change management.
