Opportunity:

An excellent opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced Accounts Officer to join a supportive and high-performing finance team based in Perth. This position offers long-term security within a well-established business that continues to experience steady growth.

The Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Daily banking and account reconciliations
  • Processing and issuing invoices
  • Preparing batch and supplier payments
  • Managing supplier queries and account discrepancies
  • Allocating and receipting customer payments
  • End-of-month reporting support and general ledger reconciliations

The Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Accounts Officer position
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Excel and ERP system skills
