About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent wholesaler specialising in a wide range of premium food products including Cheese & Dairy, Salumi & Charcuterie, Cured & Smoked Fish, and Pickled & Brined Foods.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join their team.

The Role:
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of food products in accordance with company standards. You will be working in a cold/chilled environment, handling and moving goods to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What We Offer:

  • Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a cold/chilled environment (2-5 degrees Celsius for approximately 80% of your shift)

  • Move and handle boxes, lifting up to 20kg

  • Load, unload, and stack pallets

  • Locate and deliver food grade goods to manufacturing areas

  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming goods

  • Pack and wrap finished products ready for dispatch

  • Perform quality assurance checks

  • Maintain inventory control

  • General warehouse duties as required

Criteria:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Experience with food or refrigerated goods is desirable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety standards is desirable

  • Highly diligent, conscientious, honest, and reliable
