**Warehouse Team Leader - NSW**

Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. A multi-award winning, global company, with 5 state of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none.

The opportunity now exists for a driven Team Leader to join our team in NSW. As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will provide guidance and direction to the warehouse as well as perform the day-to-day tasks of the branch.

To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and display a high level of communication. The position requires an honest and reliable leader who has the ability to motivate the team and guide them through the planning and completion of the daily tasks. In addition, you will have great customer service and complaint handling skills.

**To be successful you will have**:

- ** Current forklift licence**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a picking/packing role.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Intermediate computer skills
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Physically fit to perform the physical requirements of the role.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Encourage and drive team unity for success.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction in the day to day running of the warehouse ensuring tasks are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded and customers/suppliers are attended to with mínimal waiting time.
- To ensure all workers, contractors and visitors are inducted and operate to the company's policies/procedures on site.
- Detail orientated and well organised.
- Great initiate and ability to work unsupervised.
- Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines essential.
