With a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and performance, we are growing and we're looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our dynamic team.

About the position

In this Admin role, you will work under the supervision of our Managing Director and Project Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate onboarding and safety inductions in collaboration with clients, ensuring all site plant and personnel, including subcontractors meet compliance requirements
  • Monitor and maintain staff training records, VOCs and competency documentation
  • Coordinate training and medical bookings for site staff where required
  • Assist with maintaining and filing compliance documentation
  • Monitor and maintain supplier accounts, including invoicing
  • Monitor and update maintenance records for company plant and equipment
  • Assist with client communication, providing requested documentation and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Provide general administrative support to management, supervisors and site staff

Key Skills:

  • Preferred 1 year of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • A sound understanding of site safety and compliance protocols
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Great communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • A positive can-do attitude
