Are you interested in starting a career within stores and warehousing but not sure where to start?

Maxima, in partnership with Ranger, are looking for a dedicated individual to complete an entry level traineeship as a Warehouse Assistant.

This rewarding 2-year opportunity will see you working fulltime, receiving paid practical industry experience, whilst you study towards a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations**. You will be sure to gain the skills and knowledge to enter a warehouse upon completion and hit the ground running

**Your Host Employer**:

**The Role**:
As a Warehouse Assistant trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient incoming and outgoing of goods, to and from Ranger clients and suppliers.

**Duties Include**:

- Pick and pack goods
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Check and receipt deliveries against orders
- Product labelling and identification
- Assist with inventory checks and stocktakes
- Use of industry software, machinery, and equipment
- Additional administrative duties as required

**About You**:

- Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual
- Motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise time whilst meeting deadlines

**Role Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle
- Forklift licence, an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong computer knowledge
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment
