You will oversee curriculum development, elevate learning outcomes and foster a culture of inquiry, curiosity and scientific intellect.

As an inspirational teacher and leader, you will value collaboration and outstanding achievement in academics and learning .  With disciplinary expertise, ideally in Physics, you will be accomplished at teaching up to Year 12 and you will bring a passion for driving innovative, evidence based and impactful science education across Year 7 to Year 12.

Strong curriculum and science department leadership skills

Strong disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge across sciences and in Physics

International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programmes well regarded

Ability to effectively work and build meaningful relationships with students, colleagues and the community

Dedication to integrity, reliability, sound judgement, service and risk adversity

Tertiary qualifications

Teacher registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) and current First Aid certification

Physical fitness to work across a vibrant campus and perform manual handing tasks
