Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Casual Graphic Designer to join our Sydney-based marketing team for 24 hours per week.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from both our Sydney office and home, while collaborating closely with our Creative Director and Marketing Strategist.

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a strong sense of visual storytelling to develop engaging assets for seasonal retail campaigns, digital advertising, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Design high-quality creative assets for website banners, email headers, and promotional graphics.

· Develop social media content, reels covers, and paid ad creatives for seasonal campaigns.

· Create print materials such as posters, packaging, and signage.

· Ensure all designs align with La 'Grace Home's brand identity, colour palette, and typography standards.

· Collaborate with the Creative Director on visual concepts and campaign mood boards.

· Support digital marketing and web updates with strong, on-brand visuals.

· Manage feedback and revisions within timelines to meet campaign launch schedules.

· Stay up to date with design and social media trends in the home décor and retail space.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro.

· Strong eye for design composition, typography, and color balance.

· Experience working with lifestyle, home décor, or retail brands (preferred).

· Familiarity with digital ad formats and social media design standards.

· Video editing or motion graphics skills will be considered an advantage.
