We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us drive brand impact, deliver bold campaigns, and bring new ideas to market at pace. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving business, perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and brings energy and creativity to everything they do.

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will be a well-rounded marketing leader who can confidently step across brand strategy, content, partnerships, and campaign delivery. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll play a key role in executing campaigns and initiatives that grow brand equity, increase brand awareness and strengthen CarExpert's vision to be APACs leading automotive marketplace, transforming how Australians discover, compare and purchase new cars.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute brand campaigns and initiatives designed to build brand equity and awareness.
  • Support the delivery of brand strategy and positioning to drive consideration and preference.
  • Build and deliver product marketing plans for new services, features, and launches.
  • Manage sponsorships and partnerships end-to-end - from strategy and activations to measurement.
  • Promote thought leadership and insights from our unique research and data.
  • Oversee ATL activity (TV, radio, OOH, digital), ensuring brand consistency and maximum impact.
  • Support PR and communications with compelling content and story angles.
  • Create and edit marketing content - from campaign copy and blogs to executive presentations.
  • Track and optimise performance with a test-and-learn mindset.

About you

You're more than a strategist; you're a doer. You like being hands-on, close to the detail, and seeing things through. You're also assertive, collaborative, and positive under pressure.

Education, experience and skills

  • 5-10 years' marketing experience with proven success in brand and campaign management.
  • A mix of brand marketing, product marketing, and partnerships expertise.
  • Experience running integrated ATL and digital campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Curiosity, energy, and a growth mindset.
