We're currently partnering with a well-established property and lifestyle brand with a strong national footprint. Their portfolio includes a range of modern residential and commercial developments, with a focus on creating connected, community-driven spaces. The business is growing rapidly, and their Marketing team is expanding to support a number of exciting new projects.

This role will sit within a collaborative and creative marketing function that values fresh ideas, digital innovation, and strong brand storytelling. You'll work closely with senior marketing leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support occupancy and retention across the portfolio.

About The Role

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, and traditional)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Manage content across websites, social media, and email marketing platforms
  • Support brand development and growth through creative storytelling and visual consistency
  • Collaborate with a supportive and energetic marketing team who value creativity and teamwork

About You

  • Background in property, accommodation, retail, or a similar multi-site industry
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident across digital platforms including CMS, social media scheduling tools, and analytics
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Collaborative, proactive, and motivated to make an impact from day one
