About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our QLD team based in Virginia.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, blue-collar environment and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you. Working closely with our Operations team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring every new team member feels supported, engaged, and set up for success in their first six months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified HR professional or recruiter looking to make an impact in a hands-on, people-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face recruitment assessments and induction sessions
  • Coordinate onboarding and manage new employee journeys
  • Oversee the first six months of the employee lifecycle, including check-ins and feedback loops
  • Maintain accuracy across HR onboarding systems and databases
  • Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to coordinate upskilling for new employees
  • Partner with local RTOs and job networks to strengthen candidate pipelines
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all QLD recruitment enquiries
  • Assist with PPE and uniform management

About You

  • Experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment or labour hire
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn new platforms
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-service oriented
  • Results-driven and highly organised
