The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and hands-on Team Leaders to support and guide our teams in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the delivery of fresh, high-quality produce to Australian families.

We're looking for proactive leaders with strong communication skills, a focus on safety, and a passion for continuous improvement within a production setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the team to ensure customer orders are packed accurately and on time
  • Set up packing lines and manage staff allocation to maximise productivity
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards across all packing activities
  • Complete and maintain daily production documentation
  • Supervise, mentor, and train team members to build a high-performing production team
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
  • Monitor production equipment and overall line efficiency

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience working in a production or food processing environment (Desirable but not essential)
  • Proven people management and team leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with packing lines and related equipment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to make timely, effective decisions
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
  • Ability to mentor and train staff in a fast-paced setting
  • A proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency
