Our client has embarked on many initiatives to help stream line their business and is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team on a contract basis to help drive successful initiatives with a focus on delivering to their customers. This role will require a solution focused individual who can think big and look over the whole business and flesh out a strategy to upgrade and improve efficiencies across their applications along with improving business processes. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable with the following: 

  • Work across the business to review, interpret, and respond to technology related requests
  • Provide specialist technology advice to enhance business outcomes
  • Act as example to the wider technology team by following the architecture and security principles
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers with scoping of projects
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and the Development Teams to produce solution designs

Key skills: 

  • Strong background in application architecture
  • 5 years plus architecture experience
  • Experience in complex businesses with varied technologies
  • Formal Architecture training ideal – ToGAF, Zachman etc
