About the role:
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Content Lead to develop and grow Bayset's online presence. You'll manage content for our social media, website, email, SMS and AI campaigns, creating and publishing content that connects with our trade audience. From writing posts and updating web pages to capturing photos and short videos, you'll be the one keeping our channels fresh, relevant and growing.
The key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:
- Own Bayset's Social Media content planning and delivery
- Manage social community interactions, including inbox and comments
- Write copy – Work with the Bayset team to co-ordinate and create marketing content for blogs, captions, and internal communications
- Produce video – Plan, film, and edit short-form video content.
- Prepare and send customer campaigns using Email, SMS and AI technology
- Track and report – Use GA, Meta, and email analytics to measure content performance and share findings.
- Design digital assets – Use Adobe CC or similar tools to create content.
- Update website & SEO – Refresh landing pages, blogs, and support website improvements.
- Support marketing – Assist the team in delivering projects, programs and events.
About you:
- You have 3+ years' experience planning and producing content, prioritising workloads and staying on top of the details.
- You have strong writing skills and a solid grasp of social media trends and topics.
- You take initiative, enjoy forming relationships with staff and customers and are confident to make things happen.
- You understand the value of using data to analyse success and look at ways we can improve.
- You're a positive team player who takes your work seriously but not yourself
- You're excited to grow your career in marketing with a successful company and kick goals
