**The Opportunity**
PeopleIN is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Content Producer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating compelling content that captivates audiences and drives business growth, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive content across a select group of brands and marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with these businesses to understand their brand, target audience, and marketing objectives, and develop content strategies that align with their goals. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, writing skills, and digital marketing expertise in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with brands, designers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Manage and optimise social media channels for optimal customer engagement and conversion.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Optimise content for search engine optimisation (SEO) and incorporate relevant keywords for improved visibility and organic traffic.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative content strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years' experience as a Marketing Content Producer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful content campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, and content optimisation techniques.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using design software (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with brands and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
