We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Strategic Marketing Content Specialist to join our Marketing & Communication team.

This is your chance to step into a global role, developing strategic marketing campaigns and content initiatives across Icon Group's international markets. As a Strategic Marketing Content Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape high-impact marketing strategies, drive engagement across multiple regions, and elevate Icon's global brand presence.

**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the Head of Divisional Marketing and Customer Experience, you will lead the development of high-impact campaign playbooks, strategic engagement initiatives, and digital content that supports our global marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic global marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Create and manage marketing playbooks for service initiatives, technology launches, and major engagement programs.
- Lead content development for external value propositions, customer engagement platforms, and websites.
- Drive SEO-optimised content strategies to enhance engagement and lead generation.
- Manage the Digital Asset Management system, ensuring structured governance and accessibility.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to optimise content strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Oversee the global management of engagement materials to enhance the patient and customer experience.

**About You**
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with a passion for global content development, campaign execution, and digital asset management.

Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content development, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Expertise in content marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital asset management and brand governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
