The Role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our finance team based at Eagle Farm.

Reporting to the Network Finance Manager, this position will be responsible for processing client billing and processing expenses invoices across the business.

Utilisation of our proprietary inhouse software (Salesforce platform) and Xero will be required. Experience in Salesforce is advantageous but not necessary.

Duties will include:

  • Reviewing SLAs and communications within Salesforce, and bill accordingly
  • Reviewing and procesing expenses in salesforce
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to resolve billing queries
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are followed and reporting of any compliance issues
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required by the business

About you

You will have:

  • Previous AP or AR experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Very strong attention to detail, prioritisation/organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and be committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight reporting timelines and handle high volumes
  • Moderate MS Excel skills
  • Previous experience in using Xero or Salesforce advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team player with a positive and can-do attitude
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business

The successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia
