**About the role**

Join our busy National Salvage Sales team, to support the National Account Managers to increase their sales and revenue budgets. You will be required provide support administrative and organisational support to our BuyMySalvage team. You will be responsible for arranging salers contracts, vehicle collection and stock management, working closely with the sales, operations, and remarketing teams to ensure a productive and efficient operation.

You will be a natural problem solver with a strong work ethic and high focus on attention to detail.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Accurate and timely processing of all documentation and reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure streamlined processes across the organisation
- Liaise with customers and external parties to maintain accurate information

**About you**
- Previous Administration or similar experiences are highly regarded
- Exposure to working in the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to partner, develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong teamwork skills
- Tech savvy with advanced MS Office skills
- A current driver’s licence
- Proficiency in SAP will be viewed favorably
