  • Expected salary: $25 - $35 per hour

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living with disability. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and the development of life skills, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct personal care and domestic assistance

  • Support clients in achieving their goals and participating in the community

  • Implement care plans tailored to individual needs

  • Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation

  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and allied health professionals

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or similar (or working towards)

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others

Desirable:

  • Experience with manual handling and behaviour support

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
