Workers Compensation Claims Administrator
who's ready to take ownership of our national claims process and ensure our people are supported with care and precision.

What You'll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you'll be the engine behind our workers compensation claims administration—keeping everything running smoothly, accurately, and in line with legislation. You'll work across multiple jurisdictions, liaise with internal teams and insurers, and ensure our systems are up-to-date and our people are looked after.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Maintaining our national injury register
  • Lodging claims and managing certificates in iSolve
  • Coordinating wage reimbursements and leave adjustments
  • Processing invoices and tracking costs
  • Supporting medico-legal documentation and RTW planning
  • Collaborating with Payroll, Finance, and Injury Management teams

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in workers compensation or compliance-focused roles
  • A knack for accuracy, time management, and learning fast
  • Familiarity with systems like iSolve (or similar)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A passion for doing things right the first time
