At Parkwood Village, we're more than just a café — we're building a lifestyle destination. We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Café Manager who's passionate about great coffee, fresh deli food, desserts, and all things café culture.
This isn't your standard hospitality role. As part of the transitional team, you'll help shape today's café while also playing a key role in elevating Parkwood into the exciting Palm Valley project — a world-class surf, golf, and leisure precinct.
The Club
The Club at Parkwood Village is a entertainment destination and the official home of the Gold Coast Titans.
Conveniently located in the heart of the Gold Coast, The Club offers guests and members a pristine par 71 golf course, seasonal dining, café, kids arcade, sports bar and gaming, event centre as well as the largest mini-golf course in Australia, and five state of the art Swing Suites.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our diverse amenities, including the esteemed Parkwood Golf Course, the bustling Club at Parkwood Village, and the eagerly anticipated Gold Coast's first surf park. What You'll Do
- Lead the café floor with energy, warmth, and a love for service.
- Craft an experience around coffee, deli cabinet selections, and desserts that guests can't resist.
- Inspire and grow a team that thrives on connection, fun, and excellence.
- Be hands-on in daily operations — from latte art to stock checks.
- Work side-by-side with senior leadership to bring fresh ideas and shape the future café offering at Palm Valley.
Skills & Responsibilities
Suitable candidates will be responsible for and must possess the following;
- Managing the café and ensuring it is ready for service each day.
- Overseeing and coordinating cafe staff to provide exceptional service.
- Managing inventory, stock control, and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Training and developing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborating with management to meet financial targets and enhance operations.
