Location: - Canberra (Hybrid)

We are looking for
a highly experienced
Salesforce Cloud Infrastructure Automation Engineer
for an upcoming project long-term contract who will be involved in
developing applications
and
scripts
to enable us to provision
Salesforce Environments
in a
repeatable
and
automated manner
.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 to 3 years' experience
    a role involving development of
    full stack applications
    on
    NodeJs
    using frameworks such as
  • Demonstrable experience in building
    Salesforce CLI plugins
    that automate environment provisioning. Experience on enterprise
    Salesforce automation
    will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with
    Salesforce Tooling API
    and consuming the same in
    NodeJS (Javascript/Typescript).
  • Experience with
    Salesforce plugins
    such as
    sfdx-hardis
    and
    browserforce
    .
  • Demonstrate effective communication for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for driving quality through automation.
  • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation utilising custom application such as Salesforce CLI plugin or NodeJS based applications which will replace the current manual steps involved in while provisioning Salesforce Sandboxes.
  • Classify the most optimal automation, UI/API or integrating existing tooling for designing automation.
  • Identify issues and/or errors and support the resolution of any technical problems that arise during iterations.
