About the Role

As our Chef, you'll take ownership of our kitchen operations — leading by example, inspiring your team, and delivering dishes that leave a lasting impression.

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to play a key role in shaping the food experience we offer to our loyal customers.

Responsibilities

· Creating, planning, and preparing a menu that aligns with our brand and excites our customers

· Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, service coordination, and quality control

· Monitoring inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring cost-effective ordering

· Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

· Leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance and team development

· Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

· Innovating new dishes and seasonal specials based on customer trends and feedback

What We're Looking For

· Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert IV or higher)

· At least 1–2 years of experience working as a Chef in a busy café or restaurant environment

· Strong skills in kitchen management, food safety, and quality assurance

· Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting with professionalism and confidence

· Creative flair and a passion for food presentation and innovation

· Strong understanding of cost control, menu planning, and portion management

· Excellent time management and communication skills
