Simon George & Sons has been delivering fresh, top-quality fruit and vegetables since 1927—starting with our great-grandparents and growing into one of Australia's leading fresh produce suppliers. Today, we proudly operate across six locations, working with some of the country's best chefs, retailers, institutions and farmers.

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and operational requirements, we're on the lookout for an early morning Customer Service & Data Entry team member to join our fast-paced team based at the Epping Markets.

This is a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week), flexibility with hours is required, and yes, early starts mean early finishes

  • Monday: 4am - 11am

  • Tuesday: 4am - 10am

  • Wednesday: 3am - 9am

  • Thursday: 3am - 9am

  • Friday: 4am - 9am

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly, with key responsibilities including:

  • Fast and accurate order entry

  • Invoicing and dispatch coordination

  • Customer communication and support

  • Organising delivery runs for our drivers

  • Advising on product availability

  • Providing general admin and office support

What We're Looking For
You're someone who's organised, detail-focused and thrives in a busy, team environment. You'll also bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Great communication skills and a proactive attitude

  • Experience with the 'Fresh' system (highly regarded, but not essential – we'll train you)

  • Flexibility to adjust your hours during busy periods or when covering for team leave
