Busy & fast paced bistro located in Epping area(NSW We are looking for a full-time Chef De Partie to join our dedicated and professional team of hospitality staff. As a Chef De Partie you will be assisting other Chefs and Head Chef to ensure the very highest level is achieved in the planning of menus and culinary dishes, dish preparation and presentation, cooking of meals in executing a high-quality product and kitchen hygiene.

As a Chef De Partie, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals according to menu

- Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation

- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Supporting other kitchen staff in daily tasks

- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

- Assisting in menu planning and development

- Communicating effectively with kitchen team members and management

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment

- A passion for food and culinary creativity

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications/Experience:

2-3 years relevant work experience

Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
