Our practice in Preston has been servicing the community for over 28 years. We provide a comprehensive range of dental services using state-of-the-art technology.

We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our outstanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mature individual to further develop your dental knowledge and skills in a modern, professional environment, working amongst a friendly and supportive team. As part of a dynamic team, you will get the opportunity to perform varied duties and really enjoy getting to know other team members and clientele.

Daily tasks and responsibilities include:

· Chair side assisting for a wide range of treatment supporting General Dentists

· Maintaining infection control standards

· Sterilization procedures and room changeovers

· Preparation for dental treatment

· Coordination of laboratory work

The successful applicant will bring to practice the following attributes:

· Minimum 2- 3 years Chairside Experience

· An ability to work well within a team

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Empathetic, compassionate and caring attitude

· Good organization and time management skills as well as an ability to multitask in a calm, mature manner.

· Ability to plan and think ahead

· Able to run well-developed systems

· Highly efficient

· Reliable team player

· Able to work with precision under pressure
