Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Accountant, based in Adelaide, SA. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, providing support for tax planning, and managing tasks related to financial reporting and accounting. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements and collaborating with clients to provide expert financial advice tailored to their goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax expertise
  • Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong background in Accounting practices and principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines
  • Effective communication and client service skills for a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with Australian tax laws and compliance requirements is an advantage
