OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Logistics and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced and busy role ensuring pools are delivered on time across Australia.

Specifically you will manage the post-sale process including:


• the timely delivery of pools, coordinating both customer and production expectations


• assessing and assigning the fastest and most cost-effective options,


• complying with deadlines and delivering sound commercial outcomes


• the monitoring of deliveries and co-ordination of the site-based activities (site access and crane activity).


• negotiation of logistic partnerships and agreements and contracts.

You will bring to our team:


• demonstrated experience in a similar role, with knowledge of transport compliance guidelines and rules.


• General freight transport experience in oversize and bulk good preferred


• Experience in a high paced and changing logistics environment


• Systems experience with scheduling software (Smartsheet) and CRM experience (HubSpot) preferred


• meticulous attention to detail


• intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft


• high level of email and phone communication skills.
