About the Role

We're seeking a driven, solutions-focused professional to join our growing civil engineering team with a clear pathway toward Project Management in the near future.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end project delivery while developing the leadership and commercial skills required for future promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling and delivery
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and on-site construction teams
  • Monitoring project progress against program, budget and safety standards
  • Preparing reports, quality documentation and cost tracking
  • Managing technical queries, inspections and compliance requirements
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement, safety and efficiency

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required
  • 5- 8 years' experience in civil construction or infrastructure delivery
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and ambition to lead projects.
