We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will conduct home visits to assess clients and their living environments. You'll identify barriers to independence and develop tailored recommendations and interventions to enhance safety, function, and wellbeing. The role involves both client assessments and environmental/home assessments, with an emphasis on delivering practical, person-centered solutions. This role requires travel to clients' homes.

The Role

As a commission-based practitioner at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients within your scope of practice. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative team and our clinic's marketing and referral network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment or management plans for clients
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions
  • Educate and empower clients to achieve their health and functional goals
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Actively promote your services with the support of our clinic's marketing and referral channels
  • Take ownership of your performance and caseload, ensuring client retention and growth
