Associate Accountant - Boutique Financial Advisory Firm

Based - Brisbane CBD

What you'll do

  • Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for a wide range of clients
  • Work on GST, CGT, FBT, and income tax matters
  • Manage BAS and IAS preparation with accuracy
  • Review client records across Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
  • Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and client proposal preparation

What you bring

  • 1-3 years' experience in public practice or advisory
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Bachelor of Business considered advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements
  • Confident communication and client service skills
  • Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn
