WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the ANZ Product & Compliance Manager, you'll:

• Own the product lifecycle: from introduction to retirement.
• Lead local decisions on product strategy, pricing, and compliance.
• Engage directly with customers, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Ensure all products meet ANZ compliance standards (NMI, IECEx, ANZEx).
• Provide market insights to influence global product roadmaps.
• Equip the sales team with training, collateral, and technical support

KEY OUTCOMES

• 100% certified and compliant ANZ product portfolio.
• Approved business cases for new product entries.
• Enhanced sales readiness and win rates through enablement.
• Reduced time-to-certification and improved pricing accuracy.

To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with:

• Experience in B2B product management or technical marketing.
• Familiarity with industrial hardware, IoT, and cloud analytics.
• Strong understanding of ANZ compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and influence global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background in fuel retail or forecourt technology.
• Experience supporting tenders and RFPs.
