What you'll be doing?- Client Portfolio Management: Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, working directly with them to provide excellent service.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of experienced, qualified local accountants to deliver high-quality results.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to one partner, allowing for clear communication and guidance.
- Client Communication: Engage confidently with clients through various channels, including phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Professional Qualification: Hold a CA/CPA qualification, demonstrating your commitment to the accounting profession.
- Relevant Experience: Bring at least 7 years of experience from a mid-tier or similar firm, though we welcome applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds.
- Tax Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of income tax, GST provisions, and other statutory regulations.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate excellent client relationship skills and a customer service orientation.
- Leadership Potential: Show good leadership skills, with previous management experience being an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for client liaison.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Display the capacity to think laterally and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in your work, crucial for delivering quality service.
- Tech Savvy: Be highly computer literate with knowledge of accounting software packages.
- Work Authorization: Have full rights to work in Australia, with Australian residency status preferred.
