The Role:
We're looking for a Full-Stack Marketing Lead to elevate our marketing function to match Operandio's next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role for a doer who thrives on creating and executing, someone who can take ideas from concept to implementation with energy and enthusiasm. You'll take ownership of content development, video creation, digital campaigns, and event marketing, supported by agencies and an in-house design resource. Reporting to the GM of Operations and Commercial, you'll play a key role in elevating our brand, refining our positioning, generating leads, and supporting Operandio's global expansion. You'll be an important part of our growing Richmond-based team during this exciting phase.
What You'll Do:
- Execute with impact:
Develop and execute content-led marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate quality leads
- Create compelling content:
Produce high-quality blogs, customer stories, case studies, and campaign collateral that resonates with our audience
- Drive video strategy:
Create and coordinate authentic UGC-driven video content for social channels, campaigns, and customer success stories
- Manage agency partnerships:
Lead coordination with SEO and paid advertising partners, proofing and approving all deliverables
- Power event marketing:
Plan and execute high-impact campaigns ahead of major industry expos and conventions
- Represent the brand:
Attend and support selected industry events (occasional domestic travel required)
- Own social presence:
Drive social media strategy and content execution across LinkedIn and other channels
- Optimize lead generation:
Build and refine lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot to convert prospects into customers
- Evolve our messaging:
Continuously refine Operandio's positioning, messaging, and collateral as our product capabilities expand
About You:
- 3–6 years of marketing experience,
ideally within B2B, high-growth, or multi-site industries
- Content powerhouse:
Strong background in content development and digital storytelling that drives results
- Video-savvy:
Proven ability to produce or coordinate video content for campaigns and social media
- Hands-on executor:
Comfortable diving into digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management
- Clear communicator:
Exceptional writing and creative skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Data-driven:
Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking and reporting campaign performance to optimize results
- Scale-up ready:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can be both creative and executional
