Belong Healthcare
About Us
At Belong Healthcare, we are dedicated to our "Employees Happiness Comes First" philosophy, a guiding principle that shapes our positive and supportive workplace culture. Our Managing Director, an allied health clinician, has unique insight into the challenges faced by their team, enabling them to provide relevant support and guidance. This understanding fosters a culture of empathy, ensuring our employees are equipped to succeed at Belong Healthcare, without burning out.
Why Choose Belong Healthcare?
A Place to Succeed
We provide you with the flexibility to choose your weekly billable hours, complemented by a very generous bonus structure and a competitive base salary. Your bonuses won't be affected by annual leave or public holidays as we prorate and account for these. We also reimburse you for all kilometres travelled. Enjoy opportunities for country travel (if this is something you'd enjoy) with accommodations and meals paid for, allowing you to experience extended weekends in some of Victoria's most stunning landscapes.
Benefit from weekly one-on-one support through our structured mentorship program, with a senior clinician available for ongoing or ad-hoc advice. You can curate a caseload that aligns with your expertise and interests, while also accessing professional development. We offer a $1,500 annual PD budget and two days of paid professional development leave each year, so you can enhance your skills without dipping into your annual leave.
We've intentionally built our clinical teams from the top down, starting with highly experienced clinicians to ensure a strong foundation of knowledge and leadership. This approach allows us to provide a high level of support, guidance, and clinical oversight for early and mid-career clinicians as they grow in their roles. It reflects our commitment to quality care and professional development at every level.
A Place to Be You
Enjoy flexibility in choosing your hours and working from home. We provide individualised career progression pathways covering clinical skills, leadership development, and operational opportunities. With a comprehensive induction procedure, you'll ease into your caseload at a comfortable pace, supported by our admin and clinical leadership team.

At Belong Healthcare, we're committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, prioritises inclusion, and adapts to the individual needs of our team.
