Are you a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment? Do you have a knack for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements? We're looking for a skilled and collaborative Lead Business Analyst to join our client and help shape the future of our digital solutions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading business analysis activities from initial pre-discovery through to final delivery.
  • Designing and facilitating engaging workshops and interviews with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, fostering a productive and collaborative partnership with the business.
  • Translating business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories that our development, testing, and DevOps teams can easily use.
  • Analyzing data flows, system interfaces, APIs, and technical documentation to inform and shape solution design.
  • Collaborating with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are met throughout the delivery process.
  • Creating and maintaining essential documentation, including process models, wireframes, data models, and interface specifications.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Supporting product backlog management and participating in all Agile ceremonies, including prioritization, estimation, and refinement.
What You'll Bring
  • Extensive experience in business process modeling and optimization using frameworks like BPMN.
  • The ability to map and analyze complex system integrations across both cloud and legacy platforms.
  • A proven track record of aligning business analysis outputs with enterprise architecture and strategic objectives.
  • Strong familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and IaC.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with delivery teams using tools like [Add a relevant tool name here, e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.].
