Multiple Business Analysts for SAP Transformation Project

We are seeking several experienced and motivated Business Analysts to join our team for an exciting and large-scale SAP transformation project. All positions are based in Canberra and require a current NV1 security clearance or higher.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and a proven track record in system design, implementation, and support. While SAP experience is a key requirement for most roles, we also value experience with other systems and technologies. The ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, problem solvers, and team players.

Available Positions

1. Lead Business Analyst/Functional Designer

  • Role Focus: This is a senior role for a seasoned professional with deep expertise across multiple SAP modules. You will be responsible for leading system design efforts and providing ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support.
  • Key Requirements: Extensive business analyst experience with a broad understanding of various SAP modules. Experience in a defense context is highly desirable.

2. Technical SAP Lead/Business Analyst/Functional Designer * Role Focus: This position requires a strong technical understanding of SAP. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging your knowledge of various SAP modules.

  • Key Requirements: Strong technical SAP knowledge and experience across multiple SAP modules. Experience with non-SAP systems is a plus.

3. Technical Writer/Business Analyst * Role Focus: This role is for a detail-oriented professional who can create clear, concise, and accurate technical and process documentation. You'll be instrumental in documenting system design solutions.

  • Key Requirements: Proven experience in technical writing and process documentation. SAP experience is a desirable bonus.

4. Business Analyst/Functional Designer - Environmental, Safety, and GEO

  • Role Focus: A specialized role for an analyst with experience in environmental and safety systems. You will focus on the design and implementation of solutions related to these critical areas.
  • Key Requirements: Business analyst experience in environmental and safety systems, particularly with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.

5. Business Analysts/Functional Designers (3 positions)

  • Role Focus: We are looking for three versatile business analysts to support various SAP modules. These roles are for professionals with a solid foundation in SAP and a desire to work on a range of business areas.
  • Key Requirements: A mix of experience across one or more of the following SAP modules: Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, API/Integration, Real Estate, Supplier Relationship Management, FICO, Master Data/Data Management, and Reporting. Experience with SAP S4/HANA or ECC is required.
